These terms govern access to allemni.io and the use of the Allemni platform by institutions and their users.

1.Purpose
Allemni provides an online platform for managing and delivering training, available by subscription, including an optional management back office and dedicated spaces for teachers, students and parents.
2.Accounts and access
The institution is responsible for creating and revoking its users' accounts, and for keeping credentials confidential. Each role carries distinct permissions, configured by the institution.
3.Subscription, trial and billing
The trial is free for 14 days, with no card required. After that, the subscription is monthly with no minimum term, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current period.
4.Institution content
The institution remains the sole owner of its teaching content, its data and its session recordings. Allemni accesses them only as far as necessary to provide and maintain the service.
5.Session recording
The institution is responsible for informing participants in advance and, where applicable, for obtaining their consent to being recorded, in accordance with applicable law.
6.Availability and maintenance
The service is provided with a high availability target. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside usual usage hours.
7.Termination and reversibility
On termination, the institution is given a period during which it can export all of its data and content in a usable format, at no additional cost.
8.Governing law
To be specified when the document is finalised legally, depending on the contracting entity and the client institution's country.
