Frequently asked questions
- Are teachers billed per seat?
- No. On the Centre plan your teachers are unlimited. We bill on active students, because that is what actually tracks your revenue.
- Can I keep my current website?
- Yes. The teaching platform runs on its own, on your subdomain. You carry on marketing exactly as you do today and simply send enrolled students to your platform. The management back office and the public website remain optional.
- What happens if I stop?
- You export your students, payments, content and recordings, then you leave. No fee, no negotiation.
- Do online courses replace my classroom?
- No, they add to it. Most centres keep their in-person courses and open online groups alongside them, for the students they could not fit in before.
- How long does it take to get started?
- 48 hours between the demo and your platform being live. Migrating your spreadsheet takes a few days more.
